The Galaxy Playlist Archive
Over the years, I've posted so many playlists that the Playlist page had gotten rather overloaded. So I have created the Playlist Archive, where you can find playlists for previous years. It is most unfortunate that I do not have playlists going back to when I started the show, or even when I started entering my playlists on computer, but we must be happy with what we have.
At some point, I may change this again so that individual years get their own page. I've already changed the archive by adding a table of contents with anchor links, and the file structure of the whole playlist setup (which will make the yearly maintenance of the archive much simpler), so the need for individual pages is not quite there yet.

I got a little lax in making the playlists during the summer of 1997, but resumed my work in 1998. But I got lazy again, culminating with my marriage, when I got really lazy. When we finally had a computer installed at the station, I started recording my playlists in Microsoft Word, but I'm not sure what happened to the old playlists, as they seem to have dissapeared while I was away on military service. If I can ever locate them, I will try to translate them into HTML and post them.

2004-2005
It's been a long time since I've kept up with entering my playlists. In fact, it's been a long time since I've been able to be on the air, as I spent 2003 and 2004 away on military duty. But I'm back, and as WDBX is now streaming live audio and has an internet connection in the studio, I can now post my playlists as I go, which means that the playlists will now be up to the minute (or the last few minutes, as the case may be - it's hard to keep up with the playlists when you are playing a Bad Brains set, for example, when the songs are two minutes or less, and some are 30 seconds in length).

With the new year comes advances in playlist technology! I am now able to bring my laptop in and do my playlist using Dreamweaver, resulting in a much more efficient list routine. I doubt I will miss very many more playlists again.
